ISOLMET is a European project, funded by the Erasmus+ program under section KA2-Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices (2014-2020) that promoted cooperation between six countries: France, Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, Poland and Greece.Three days of Innovative SOftSkilLs to Maritime Education and Training (ISOLMET | isolmet.aegean.gr) seminars and workshops on the implementation of an Assessment Centre, organised by PPP Learn.

During the workshops young participant’s realised the importance of soft skills for the entry into the professional world and the trainers how workable is the case study method for cultivating soft skills.
