In the course of the action “TRAINING VOUCHER “ENTRY INTO THE LABOUR MARKET FOR UNEMPLOYED YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO 29 YEARS OF AGE IN THE TOURISM SECTOR” DAKM has designed, pilot-tested and delivered the a digital vocational profiler provided by the partnership Institute of Greek Tourism Confederation (INSETE) and Hellenic Management Association (EEDE) in the following link: ‘http://www.insete-mentoring.gr’,

The test consists of 90 items assessing the interests and aptitudes of the user and 51 items assessing the communication and interpersonal skills of the user. The career counselor assigned to each beneficiary discussed with him/ her the test’s results in order to identify the apprenticeship offer that fits better to the beneficiary.
