Network for Employment and Social Care (NESC) seeks to hire:

Key Account Manager (KAM) for its branch of YOUTH Share’s Trans-national employment centre that it is located at its premises (Piraeus -Greece).

“A Place for Youth in Mediterranean EEA: Social and Sharing Economy for NEETs” (YOUTHShare ) project will establish a four branches of this Trans-National Employment Centre, each one staffed by one Key Account Manager. Project’s activities are funded by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA and Norway Grants Fund for Youth Employment. It aims at reducing youth unemployment in coastal and island regions of Mediterranean EEA by advancing young NEETs skills in trans-locally resilient economic sectors such as the agri-food production and related circular economies.

KAMs will be responsible for outreaching/supporting these target groups – (i.e. NEETs aged 25-29 years old) – offering counselling, networking and matching them with what employers seek and thus apply a more integrated approach in employment interventions at local level (matching supply and demand).
