Story

The Network for Employment & Social Care [NESC] was founded at 2011 as a non profit organisation which offers counseling and supporting services mainly to vulnerable groups that are exposed to the risk of unemployment and social exclusion. Career counseling lies at the heart of NESC activities along with entrepreneurial counseling, employer mentoring, support of young, social and female entrepreneurship. Additionally, NESC activates in the area of the social care and well-being for those at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Our organisation considers of utmost interest the use of new technologies in counseling and in that direction it has developed applications such as digital psychometric systems.

NESC also emphasizes the link between human development services and new technologies. For example, the digital system of psychometric tools that has been used by the organization in the framework of LEP-LSIAVG type projects is indicated.
