NESC is a non-profit consultancy and other services company, primarily to vulnerable and vulnerable groups which are subject to exclusion from the labor market.

Since 2011, it has been active in the field of vocational counseling, with the aim of developing human resources, whether in terms of labor supply or demand: professional counseling, entrepreneurship counseling, employer mentoring, counseling for young entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurship.

Our specialized staff, with many years of experience in implementing actions supporting vulnerable and vulnerable groups, has a higher education degree, primarily from the Social Sciences, while among the employees there are postgraduate and doctoral degrees, as well as graduates of Computer and Programming schools.

NESC works with dozens of human resources development consultants, researchers, psychologists, sociologists and social workers in the framework of national and European co-funded projects.

It seeks to broaden its cooperation with Research Centers, Universities and Institutes, Social Bodies and NGOs, in Greece and abroad.

Our Network is proud of its contribution to the interconnection of human development services and new technologies. For example, the digital system of psychometric counseling tools is indicated, facilitating the reliable and valid evaluation of the professional interests, personal characteristics and skills of the counselors. Our digital psychometric instruments have been exploited in the context of large co-funded projects, such as the “ADMISSION CHECK FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO 29 YEARS OLD IN PRIVATE ENTERPRISES IN THE TOURISM INDUSTRY FOR GAINING WORK EXPERIENCE”, implemented by the IAGT and HMA partnership.
